Admissions Process: Georgia Tech Offers Early Action1,Early Action 2 and Regular Decision. The application review process is holistic. GPA, Rigor of courses, SAT/ACT scores, essays, letter of recommendation, community service are all factored into the evaluation. Institutional fit
and choice of major is also very important.
Majors: Georgia Tech’s 6 Colleges offer 39 majors and 66 minors. Computer Science, Engineering, Business and Liberal Arts streams all attract stellar students. New Majors in the College of Sciences are, Atmospheric and Ocean Sciences, Solid Earth and Planetary Sciences, and Environmental Sciences. Computer Science is impacted.
